Martyn Ford accuses Rival ‘Iranian Hulk’ of Photoshopping pictures

Sajad Gharibi also known as The Iranian Hulk has gained much notoriety for his enormous muscles. The guy looked like a total beast in many pictures uploaded to his social media profiles. But Gharibi appears to have disappointed spectators live during his face off.

Iranian Hulk is still booked for a boxing match against Bodybuilder/actor and overall humongous human, Martyn Ford.

The two are scheduled to have a boxing match on April 30th. The event was previously booked for April 2nd but was postponed after an undisclosed injury. The event will be taking place at the O2 Arena in London.

Earlier last month, the two giants finally met each other for the first time and had a brief stare down session. Iranian Hulk’s appearance during this stare down disappointed many boxing fans because he wasn’t as big as he looks in his Instagram pictures. In addition to his size the controversy was caused by a shoving match that ensued – and resulted in Iranian Hulk being disowned by his parents.

Gharibi was wearing a hoodie and covered most of his physique. However, it’ was still clear his looks were far behind his instagram body.

Ford also remarked on this saying:

“He was not what I expected. I think he’s just fooled the world with photoshop, if I’m honest. Seeing him in real life is not as impressive as seeing him in pictures.” Ford said.

Sajad Gharibi appeared smaller nowadays compared to himself in his old pictures. Leading boxing fans to think that it may be photoshopped.

“So disheartening I think is the word. He was tiny. He didn’t look anything like he had made out. That was the first time I’d seen him in real-life. He was big, probably bigger than 18 stone, but he wasn’t scary big. He just felt like a big kid that didn’t really train if I’m being honest. He was supposed to be twice my size.” Ford added.

Sajad Gharibi claimed to have weighed 390 pounds while Martyn Ford weighed 310 pounds. At a recent weigh in he was considerably smaller and even possibly tried to cheat on the scales.

BKFC founder and president David Feldman had a lot of faith in Gharibi. He was so sure that Gharibi would become a star in his promotion but BKFC backed out of the deal suspecting that Hulk’s images were not authentic.

“This guy’s going to make his Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship debut in early 2020. We’re going to do a show entitled ‘USA vs. Iran: World War III’. He’s literally our biggest signing we’ve ever had. But he’s going to make his way over to the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship, he’s going to make a home here, and we expect really, really big things from ‘The Iranian Hulk’.” Feldman said.

Unfortunately, his debut never materialized – thanks to the pandemic. Many places in the world got shut down, including BKFC which cancelled all events from February to July 2020. They were also required to have a minimal audience if they plan to roll out an event.

But, the pandemic is not the only thing to blame for Gharibi’s cancellation. Recently, David Feldmen revealed that there is no proof that Sajad Gharibi is ‘real’. BKFC has never received proof that Gharibi’s pictures on social media are real and not edited in spite of seeking them out.

BKFC was ultimately dismayed and ended talks with the Iranian Hulk over legitimacy claims. This is the likely culprit for why they haven’t offered a new deal to Gharibi. Gharibi was recently ‘exposed’ on twitter for the discrepancies in his physique between instagram and reality.
