Iranian Hulk releases first footage of his boxing ahead of Titan boxing debut

Sajad Gharibi also known as ‘Iranian Hulk’ finally showcased his boxing skills ahead of his clash against ‘Kazakh Titan’.

Iranian Hulk is famous for his super swole (and fairly photoshopped) body that he displayed on social media and boasted about to almost 1 million followers on Instagram. This stardom led him to sign a deal to box famous UK bodybuilder Martyn Ford. The two were set to meet in April but after a series of strange interviews Ford bowed out of the competition citing concern for Gharibi’s well being.

It should also be ntoed that around the same time Ford started getting ‘career counseling’ from the infamous Daniel Kinehan and was likely looking for a bigger payday against Thor Bjornsson. However litle did he know that Bjornsson would move on from him due to the ongoing negotiations to partake in an exhibition against WBC champion (and another Kinehan consultee) Tyson Fury.

After the match with Martyn Ford fell through, Gharibi still yearned to have a boxing debut and had been pushing for another opponent. He finally agreed to box viral bodybuilder Almat Bakhytovich aka Kazakh Titan who has been calling him out for years. Bakhytovich has a tiny social media following in comparison.

The two giant rivals will exchange blows on July 31 taking place at the P7 Arena in the Media One Hotel in Dubai. The pair will clash in a super heavyweight match.

Both Sajad Gharibi and Almat Bakhytovich have no prior experience in boxing. However, in a recent post, Gharibi revealed a brief snippet of his boxing skills. In the short video, Iranian Hulk can be seen actually training in boxing with a coach. Unlike his other videos where he just showed strange work out routines and bent various utencils.

Gharibi and Bakhytovich finally met in person for the first time at Binou’s Gym in Dubai yesterday. They had a staredown session which turned into a huge mess. Bakhytovich pushed Gharibi’s head and prompted the Iranian Hulk to charge on him but the security managed to separate them. They had another staredown but Gharibi immediately pushed Bakhytovich and was pulled away by the security.

Gharibi also has a plan to book his boxing date with Martyn Ford if he defeats Kazakh Titan next weekend.

“I will be a great champion for Iran and I’ll represent my people with respect and all my strength.” Gharibi said.

He added, “After I win this, I want to challenge myself against Martyn Ford, this boxing bout will happen, if Martyn is too scared to box me then the world will know. I’m stepping into the ring now ready to box.”
