Sean Strickland wants James Krause ousted from UFC if found guilty in betting scandal

Sean Strickland is not one to mince words. Strickland previously called out coaches of Aspen Ladd and Namajunas for inappropriate relationships with them, women in sport, Adesanya’s queerbaiting, cult of personality in bjj, TJ Dillashaw’s PED use, man bun havers and Ronda Rousey for her mental health issues among other topics.

Strickland recently discussed the biggest scandal on the horizon that might seriously comprmise UFC – claims that James Krause placed bets that his trainee (who he knew was injured) would lose.

UFC middleweight thinks that Krause ought to be fired if found guilty. He told interviewer:

“I don’t know what the f*** happened with Krause. I don’t even f***ing know Krause. But if there is any fight-throwing or any bullsh*t, f*** Krause. The f***ing guy should never be allowed to be in the UFC.”

“Now if it’s all bullsh*t and it’s just some guys being a**holes, then you know, move on, let the guy have a life. But if what they are saying is true and he was throwing fights and changing fights, f***ing give that guy the boot, he don’t belong here.”

Sean Strickland headlines a UFC on ESPN event against Jared Cannonier on December 17, he will be attempting to recover from a devastating knockout defeat to Alex Pereira. In addition, Strickland hopes to face the middleweight champion again by picking up a couple more victories.

Surprisingly, Strickland had no regrets about his strategy, despite facing harsh criticism for stand and bang approach to a match with the former kickboxing champion.

“He’s a f**king big motherf**king Brazilian who hits like dynamite. F**k. I’ll give you guys a pointer: You stand in front of that motherf**ker and bang, somebody is going to sleep and it’s most likely going to be you. If I fight the guy again, I’d do the same f*cking thing. Just put this [right] hand a little more [up].”
