(Video) Adesanya & Dan Hooker react to Terrance McKinney getting tased by police

Israel Adesanya just released a preview of this weekend’s UFC pay-per-view event. Along with many other bouts, they dissected the one between Rafael Alves and Drew Dober.

Adesanya discussed Dober’s last matchup with Terrance McKinney while breaking down the bout. The match resulted in a wild first-round finish. Hooker emphasized McKinney’s resolve and the manner he moved ahead fearlessly.

As an explanation for McKinney’s lack of fear, Adesanya quickly brought up the fact that he had already been proclaimed legally dead.

After a brief break, Adesanya and Hooker viewed a video of McKinney’s exchange with the police that resulted in him being proclaimed dead.

“Bro, if you’ve died, legally…”

Following his most recent championship defense, Israel Adesanya received negative feedback. Many fans demanded that the champion take more initiative during the match.

Alexander Volkanovski is a teammate of Adesanya. He is the most recent individual to contradict these accusations, which have been refuted by several MMA celebrities and commentators.

Volkanovski was questioned on The MMA Hour on whether or not Adesanya’s criticisms were justified. The featherweight champion explained how ridiculous the accusations are.

“When someone only has a puncher’s chance, and that’s all they’re looking for. C’mon man, like why does the champion have to take all the risk. Why does he have to come forward, when he knows someone’s out waiting for a big shot.”

Since entering the MMA scene, Israel Adesanya has changed notions of what is possible. His most recent change may have something to do with how viewers perceive the ebb and flow of an MMA match.
