Danya Milokhin has embarked on a new journey in the world of mixed martial arts (MMA). Notably, he has expressed a desire to square off against a member of the Nurmagomedov clan.
At 31 years of age, Danya Milokhin is a prominent figure on social media platforms, particularly TikTok, where his following exceeds a staggering 17 million users. His content often features dancing and various day-to-day activities.
Recently, Milokhin has taken the plunge into combat sports, specifically MMA. He has been sharing glimpses of his training sessions on his social media profiles, showcasing his budding interest in the sport. Remarkably, the influencer has quickly developed a passion for MMA and believes he has what it takes to hold his ground against professional athletes.
But Milokhin’s ambitions don’t stop there. He has extended a challenge to a member of the Nurmagomedov family, seeking acknowledgment from the retired MMA legend Khabib Nurmagomedov. Given that Khabib has already retired from active competition, Milokhin has set his sights on facing one of Khabib’s siblings or cousins.
“I want to fight Khabib Nurmagomedov’s brother so that he’ll give me a standing ovation when I win. My thoughts are, yes, it might be very amusing. Yes, you can’t say I’m some kind of super fighter. I’m quite sweet, but that’s the point. We have a plan to play up the fact that I’m a sweet fighter,” Milokhin stated.
Known for his eccentric style, Milokhin is often seen sporting vibrant outfits adorned with jewelry and occasionally sporting colorful hair. For his envisioned MMA showdown, he plans to maintain this flamboyant image, intending to compete in an all-pink ensemble.
“I’ll be all pink, wearing earrings, and before the fight, I’ll take them off and put on some good ones,” Milokhin added.
It’s worth noting that Milokhin did not specify which member of the Nurmagomedov family he has in mind for this unconventional match. The Nurmagomedovs are a renowned MMA dynasty, with several members, including Umar and Usman Nurmagomedov, making waves in the sport.
Milokhin’s MMA aspirations come amidst controversy in his personal life. Following a livestream incident where he sang the Ukrainian national anthem alongside a Ukrainian YouTuber while in the United States, he faced criticism and pressure to prove his loyalty upon returning to Russia. In an effort to avoid conscription into the military, Milokhin left Russia for the United Arab Emirates.
