Joe Rogan has come under major fire ever since the public started believing he is right leaning. Despite of having hosted a number of politicians on his record breaking podcast in the past, Rogan has decided he’s had enough.
Former president of United States guesting on Joe Rogan Experience has long been a point of interest for the fanbase. While many mainstream journalists criticize Rogan it’s a fact that he’s a great conversationalist and often has good conversations with controversial personalities.
During episode #1793 of the Joe Rogan Experience, Rogan shattered the hopes of many of his loyal fans saying he’s decided to stay neutral. He told former CIA officer Mike Baker:
“It’s been a whole thing where a hundred people, at least, have texted me and sent me emails and contacted friends because they heard [Donald] Trump was coming on my podcast. The source of it is a fake Trump account on Twitter. It’s Trump’s face and it’s a fake account that said, ‘I’m going on the Joe Rogan podcast soon.’ I think it came out on the fact that Trump was on the NELK Boys podcast, then YouTube removed that podcast. They pulled the podcast which is one of the craziest things you could do.”

Donald Trump himself fueled the rumors when he spoke affirmatively of Rogan on the Nelk boys podcast last month. The podcast itself didn’t survive for long on youtube – thanks to the platform’s policy on election misinformation the Nelk boys were given a strike and the podcast episode was removed. Various clips from the pod can still be seen on the platform. Trump issued a statement after the censorship:
“Whatever happened to free speech in our Country? Incredibly, but not surprisingly, the Big Tech lunatics have taken down my interview with the very popular NELK Boys so that nobody can watch it or in any way listen to it,” the 45th president said in a statement released by his Save America PAC.”
“In the 24 hours that it was up it set every record for them, by many times,” he continued. “Interestingly on the show I told them this would happen because Big Tech and the Fake News Media fear the truth, they fear criticism about Biden, and above all, they don’t want to talk about the Rigged 2020 Presidential Election, all topics discussed.”
