Dillon Danis stands to pay a 6-FIGURE penalty if he pulls out of Logan Paul boxing date

Logan Paul has laid out a substantial penalty that awaits Dillon Danis should he choose to withdraw from their much-anticipated upcoming boxing match. Speaking candidly on his podcast, Impaulsive, Paul disclosed the details of the clause.

“If [Danis] pulls out because of some sort of injury that he fakes, a doctor of our choosing has to verify the injury. Then, if he is indeed faking it, he has to pay $100,000. There is a pull-out clause,” Paul shared.

Danis has faced similar speculations in the past when it comes to backing out of fights. Earlier this year, he withdrew from a scheduled bout against KSI. Danis was allegedly deemed “underprepared” and potentially “struggling with weight,” as revealed by KSI’s manager. The event was supposed to take place at Wembley Arena in London, and KSI subsequently battled FaZe Temperrr following Danis’s withdrawal.

Addressing Danis’s financial capacity to cover the penalty, Paul didn’t mince words: “No, that’s the other issue. He’s broke. This guy sucks.”

Paul went on to emphasize his motivation for taking on Danis, characterizing him as the “parasite of MMA and the combat world.” If Danis does show up for the fight, Paul’s intention is to “erase him from existence.” He asserted that Danis’s name and legacy will cease to exist if he emerges victorious.

While expressing confidence in his stance, Paul acknowledged the unpredictability given Danis’s history. Should Danis not make an appearance, Paul assured that there is a backup plan in place.

Paul also expressed concerns about Danis’s penchant for spreading misinformation. He outlined his strategy to counter this by having a fact-checker on board due to Danis’s tendency to fabricate stories.

The scheduled face-off between Logan Paul and Dillon Danis is set for October 14 at the AO Arena in Manchester, England, as part of the Misfits Boxing event. Both have actively engaged on social media in the lead-up to the event, adding anticipation to the upcoming clash.
