She wrote: “I am now a purple belt in Jiu-Jitsu. Thank you, Valente Brothers. Congratulations, Valente Brothers, on your 30th birthday. Your discipline and values ​​are inspired.”

Bündchen talks about her jiu-jitsu experience and how it has given her greater self-confidence and self-control because she learned how to protect herself.
