Bündchen was recently promoted at her training facility, the Valente Brothers Academy in Miami Beach. Bündchen used her Instagram stories to convey the news. She graciously acknowledged the academy for its role in her journey, expressing gratitude.
She wrote: “I am now a purple belt in Jiu-Jitsu. Thank you, Valente Brothers. Congratulations, Valente Brothers, on your 30th birthday. Your discipline and values are inspired.”
The gorgeous fashion icon has been training in BJJ with her family throughout the years. She now trains with her kids on a daily basis.
Bündchen talks about her jiu-jitsu experience and how it has given her greater self-confidence and self-control because she learned how to protect herself.
She wrote: “I believe the more tools we have in our toolbox the better. I feel stronger, more confidence and empowered since I started practicing self-defense.”
