In round five, the hometown hero from Belfast defeated his opponent from Mexico and celebrated by doing one of Conor McGregor’s most well-known techniques.

In the lead-up to the bout, Crocker faced a significant challenge. He came in overweight during the Friday weigh-in.

Welterweight contender Crocker missed the 147lbs limit, registering at 150lbs. On the other hand, Felix had transitioned from lightweight for this match. He weighed in at 146½lbs.

As the match unfolded, the noticeable size difference between the two became apparent. Despite Felix’s valiant efforts in the early rounds, he couldn’t withstand the onslaught.

The turning point occurred in the fourth round when Crocker sent Felix to the canvas with a powerful body shot.

In the subsequent round, Crocker delivered a devastating left hook. This caused Felix to crash through the ropes.

Despite the brutal blows, Felix attempted to rise and continue the match. But the referee was wise and denied him the opportunity. The referee promptly waved off the contest.
