Tiktokers use AI to turn Joe Rogan into a baby

In a  captivating new trend sweeping across TikTok, users are employing artificial intelligence to transform popular podcast hosts like Joe Rogan into talking babies, creating content that’s rapidly gaining millions of views.

The phenomenon began in April when comedian Jon LaJoie shared what he called a “talking baby podcast,” featuring himself transformed into an infant host with an AI-generated dog as his guest. The video quickly went viral, inspiring numerous creators to apply similar transformations to their favorite podcast personalities.

“Welcome to the talking baby podcast,” LaJoie’s video begins, showcasing the uncanny ability of AI to maintain recognizable vocal characteristics while altering appearances dramatically.

Since LaJoie’s initial post, dedicated accounts have emerged specifically to showcase these infantilized versions of well-known podcasters. One such channel, aptly named BabyPodcast, has accumulated millions of views with its transformations of major podcasting figures.

The account’s most popular video, which has garnered 11 million views, features baby versions of comedians Theo Von and Joe Rogan engaged in podcast conversation. Another viral hit with 4.4 million views depicts the hosts of the Bad Friends podcast, Bobby Lee and Andrew Santino, in infant form.

The content has even caught the attention of the podcasters themselves. Andrew Santino commented on his baby transformation with a simple: “I’m. Bobby. Mom.”

While the specific AI tool being used to create these remarkably realistic baby transformations remains unknown, this is just the latest in a series of AI-driven trends to captivate TikTok users. Earlier this year, an AI history POV filter went viral, allowing users to create fictional day-in-the-life scenarios from various historical periods.

This baby podcaster trend highlights the continuing evolution of content creation as AI tools become more sophisticated and accessible to everyday users. As these technologies advance, they open new creative possibilities while simultaneously raising questions about digital identity and image manipulation.

The trend also demonstrates TikTok’s power as an incubator for viral phenomena, where unusual and unexpected content formats can quickly capture the attention of millions.
