Looksmaxxing influencer Androgenic is finally coming clean about his hair. After weeks of speculation, mockery, and two very public on-camera incidents, the influencer appeared on fellow creator Clavicular’s broadcast to set the record straight.
“People don’t understand. I shaved my head to get the hair transplant. I shaved it. I got the transplant. Then I put on the wig. And then everyone was like, bro needs to go to Turkey. It’s like, bro, I’m a few weeks ahead of you,” Androgenic told the audience in a recent broadcast.
The story begins in February 2026, when Androgenic’s carefully maintained image took a serious hit after someone knocked his hairpiece off during a live appearance, exposing what observers identified as a Norwood Level 3 hair loss pattern.
Androgenic has built an audience around evaluating and rating other people’s looks, which made the discovery feel hypocritical to many observers.
Just days after the initial incident, a fan approached Androgenic during another broadcast in what started as a friendly greeting. The interaction turned awkward fast when the fan began running his hand across Androgenic’s scalp, disturbing the hair spray he had applied to conceal his hairline.
Androgenic pulled the fan’s head away, visibly irritated, while the fan responded by making exaggerated faces and dancing mockingly in front of the camera.
Now, weeks removed from both incidents, the atmosphere surrounding Androgenic appears to have genuinely shifted. In a recent broadcast, he appeared without any hairpiece, showing what looked like early transplant growth.
His audience responded warmly, with viewers describing the results as “looking kind of clean” and noting it was “way better without the wig” and “coming along.”
Androgenic appeared encouraged by the response. “Yeah, I think it’s looking a bit better,” he told viewers. When asked whether he had begun using PP405, a product associated with hair regrowth, he confirmed he had. “Yep, started using it. We’ll see how the results go,” he said.
