Logan Paul calls out Nick Diaz for his MMA debut

Logan Paul is eyeing a potential clash with Nick Diaz, apparently during the same event where with his brother Jake’s anticipated MMA rematch against Nate will take place.

Jake defeated Nate in his boxing debut earlier this month, which marked his successful return after a defeat by Tommy Fury in February. While the duo has tentatively agreed to a second showdown in MMA, it appears Nate is aiming for a more substantial payout beyond the proposed $10 million by Paul.

The dramatic developments took place at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, where both Logan and Nick were present. Despite Logan’s upcoming bout against Dillon Danis at the Misfits Boxing ‘Prime Card’ in October, he couldn’t resist advocating for an MMA clash against Nick.

During his Impaulsive podcast, Logan confidently stated, “Let’s sweeten that pot a little bit because I know you’ve been having trouble to convince Nate to fight you in an MMA match. Why don’t we get me on the same card and I’ll fight Nick Diaz?”

Jake seemed to agree to Loga’s idea as he stated: “Double header, brother versus brother, MMA match. No tag-team, straight up MMA.”

Nick Diaz candidly acknowledged that he confronted personal struggles outside the cage before his decision to exit against Robbie Lawler in their rematch two years ago. Having compeed merely once in the past eight years, Nick is keen on confronting both Logan and Jake.

Following his brother’s recent loss, Nick voiced his thoughts and asserted: “Let’s cut to the chase, I’m a lot better than both of these guys that are out there. I’d love to entertain the idea of moving on in whoever they’ve got for me. So if they want to do round two [against Jake], if [Nate] ain’t going to do it, I’ll take it.”

“Jake’s got an older brother too, so don’t forget about the one and only. I’d like to get a good look at what’s going on because I don’t know what’s happening, but I like to keep options open.”

Nick Diaz went on to say: “I’d like to entertain something in the near future. We could talk about that. It could be a possibility. Either way, yeah, one of those two, or maybe something else. Who knows? I’ve got a lot going on right now, but we can sort that out. I try to stay away from the fight game in general, because I’m all the way in.

“It’s all or nothing. I’m never one foot in, one foot out. Coming here, I just feel that I have a little bit of an opportunity to open up a little bit of a window. If that’s what it is, then just let it be known — I’m still motivated as ever, and I’m a harder worker and better fighter than anybody that’s out here in this right now in this day and age.”

With Logan’s ambition to share the ring with Nick and the possibility of a double-header spectacle, fans and critics alike anticipate a thrilling event in the future.
