Justin Gaethje Slams California’s justice system, wages twitter war on liberals

Justin Gaethje never met Cain Velasquez – but he’s been at the forefront of his defenders from the very start of this sad legal saga. After Judge Shelyna Brown announced that she has denied bail in his murder attempt case, Gaethje went on a huge twitter tirade.

Brown believes that the risk is too great to grant bail for the 39-year-old former UFC champion Cain Velasquez, considering he’s facing 10 criminal charges.

“It is clear to this court that there is clear and convincing evidence that there is a substantial likelihood that release would result in great bodily injury, not just to the named complaining witnesses in this case but to Santa Clara residents at large. This case involves allegations of extreme recklessness to human life. Ramming a vehicle in the middle of the day where citizens are out driving, going about their business, and shooting out of a car at other individuals, which is reckless by any standard. Anyone could have been injured. Anyone could have been killed.” – Brown said.

Responding to this news, the UFC lightweight contender Justin Gaethje mocked California’s justice system. ‘The Highlight’ took to his Twitter account to express his disappointment towards the state’s decision. He called California state communist and even added a clown emoji.

Gaethje went on to have a live twitter debate with those who think Velasquez belongs in prison.

“As of right now detectives are interviewing all the involved parties that attend the day care and we’re seeing if any of these children are potential victims,” said Russell Davis, spokesperson for the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office.

“Throughout this investigation detectives later determined there are over 20-plus juvenile participants who attend this daycare,” Davis added.

According to investigators, Goularte doesn’t work at the day care but was living in the home at the time of the alleged crime. This was reported by KTVZ.
