Joe Rogan denies he’s suing MSNBC despite blasting them for editing comments

Prominent podcaster Joe Rogan has accused MSNBC of deceptively editing a video to make it appear as though he was endorsing Vice President Kamala Harris for president. Rogan, who has not formally endorsed a presidential candidate, says the left-leaning network “took a clip of me talking about Tulsi Gabbard and they edited it up and made it look like I was saying great things about Kamala Harris.”

In the original footage from Rogan’s podcast, “The Joe Rogan Experience,” he was actually praising former Representative Tulsi Gabbard’s military service and criticizing the media’s portrayal of Harris. However, MSNBC combined these separate comments into a single video shared on TikTok, giving the false impression that Rogan was endorsing Harris.

“MSNBC did this recently, and this has become so popular that my stepdad contacted me to say he’s happy I’m suing MSNBC. I’m like, ‘I’m not suing MSNBC.”

Rogan criticized MSNBC for the misleading editing, saying, “They just want a narrative to get out there amongst enough people because most people are just surface readers.” He noted that Gabbard, who recently endorsed Republican nominee Donald Trump, had served overseas in medical units, unlike Harris.

Former Representative Gabbard also called out MSNBC, accusing the network of being “a propaganda machine for the Democrat Elite” and of violating federal election laws by failing to report the video as an in-kind contribution to Harris’ campaign.

Rogan has not endorsed any presidential candidate so far, but previously spoke positively about the independent run of Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who suspended his campaign last week and endorsed Trump.
