Iggy Azalea has never been shy about going her own way, and her approach to wellness is no different. After watching the physical results that content creator Clavicular achieved through a guided supplementation routine, the rapper decided to look into it for herself.
During a recent broadcast with content creator N3on, she talked about using peptides. N3on started the topic by questioning: “Would you ever take like creatine or peptides?”
Iggy confirmed taking creatine and peptides, explaining the process behind her choices: “I take creatine and I take peptides. But I don’t just randomly take peptides. I have a place that I go to that takes my blood work every three months and then says like anything you’re deficient in and then decides what things that I will take and then I take them.”
N3on summed it up plainly: “Rich people stuff.” Iggy agreed without hesitation: “Rich people stuff.”
During another broadcast, she also admitted to taking other roids like HGH. The reasoning she laid out for the HGH specifically was rooted in biology rather than ambition.
She stated, “I take it every day, but it’s in a really low dose and my doctor prescribed it for me. Your body produces less of it as you get older, and so the amount that I take, it’s not like adding extra. It’s just like making up for what my body wouldn’t make anymore.”
N3on appreciated the honesty. “Well, you know, people don’t really open up about their st**oid use. So I’m happy.”
Iggy pressed on: “Yes, chat, I take st**oids, but they’re just replacing my body’s lacking of things. That’s because I’m biohacking. I’m not like trying to get like bulk or something. But if you see me have a rant online, maybe I’m like roid raging, I don’t know.”
She then defended herself: “No, I’m not roid raging. I take the smallest amount. I inject myself every day, but it’s with a tiny amount. Like if you saw the amount, it’s like half a teardrop. It’s nothing. It’s just the amount that my body doesn’t make anymore. So I get my blood taken like every three months and they figure out like what the balance is, if anything’s not perfectly balanced, and then they change what you need to put in yourself essentially, so that everything stays balanced.”
