The topic of human growth hormone and PEDs came up during a recent live broadcast between rapper Iggy Azalea and content creator N3on, shortly after N3on mentioned wanting a physical transformation.
N3on opened the door when he said: “I feel like my next thing in life should be like a big transformation. So I want to like transform my whole body, get a six pack. But I want to do it the easiest way possible. So I’m looking into st**oids.”
That prompted Iggy to get share her story. She turned the question back on the chat, saying: “I don’t take st**oids, or maybe I do. Chat, help me. Is this st**oids? Sort of. I take human growth hormone, like real human growth hormone, not like the peptide that mimics it, like actual HGH.”
She went on to explain the reasoning behind her use: “I take it every day, but it’s in a really low dose and my doctor prescribed it for me. Your body produces less of it as you get older, and so the amount that I take, it’s not like adding extra. It’s just like making up for what my body wouldn’t make anymore.”
N3on then chat confirmed from the chat that it counted as st**oids. He mentioned: “They said they’re 100% st**oids.”
Iggy accepted the label: “So I do take st**oids.”
N3on responded: “Well, you know, people don’t really open up about their ste**id use.”
Iggy kept going: “Yes, chat, I take st**oids, but they’re just replacing my body’s lacking of things. That’s because I’m biohacking. I’m not like trying to get like bulk or something. But if you see me have a rant online, maybe I’m like roid raging, I don’t know.”
She was quick to add: “No, I’m not roid raging. I take the smallest amount. I inject myself every day, but it’s with a tiny amount. Like if you saw the amount, it’s like half a teardrop. It’s nothing. It’s just the amount that my body doesn’t make anymore. So I get my blood taken like every three months and they figure out like what the balance is, if anything’s not perfectly balanced, and then they change what you need to put in yourself essentially, so that everything stays balanced.”
N3on said he was going to look into it, to which Iggy replied: “Well, only if you actually need it. I think it’s pretty hard to get real human growth hormone prescribed unless you are lacking in it.”
N3on acknowledged there were other routes: “Well, there are different ways to get it. You can get it the suspect way, I’m sure. But you do it the legal way.”
Iggy confirmed: “So I do it the expensive way.”
Joe Rogan has been notably transparent about his own use of hormone therapies, frequently discussing them on his podcast as part of a broader “health optimization” approach. According to sources, he has said that he takes a low daily dose of human growth hormone, around 1 IU, alongside Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) to support recovery, energy levels, and long-term vitality.
Additionally, Whitney Cummings’ sister claimed she discovered syringes in Whitney’s vehicle and was told they were related to treatments recommended by Rogan. According to Ashley, Whitney’s boyfriend at the time suggested it included human growth hormone and testosterone.
