Self-proclaimed “alpha male” Ben Azoulay recently attempted to control the narrative surrounding his troubling criminal past, but court documents reveal a far more sinister story than his sanitized version of events. After facing public exposure of his conviction involving SA of a 15-year-old, Azoulay released a response video that contradicts official medical records and court filings.
Medical records paint quite picture of what actually occurred. The target, identified as “H” in court documents, was found by her parents vomiting with bruises all over her after calling them crying at 5:05 a.m. Hospital examination by a trauma nurse revealed extensive evidence of tearing, bite marks and bruising – physical evidence that directly contradicts Azoulay’s claim that “nothing happened.”
The official court record states that the 15-year-old was repeatedly and forcibly SA-ed by at least three of the defendants while the others stood by and watched. According to the filing, she was “forcibly dragged into a bedroom by Ben” who proceeded to SA her.
Court documents reveal this wasn’t an isolated incident. The civil case alleges that Azoulay’s parents “knew or should have known that defendants Ben and Dylan Azoulay had previously had relations with younger women unable to consent.” The filing suggests a pattern of behavior where the brothers would provide drinks to minors before taking advantage of them.
In his response video, Azoulay fabricated a story about a judge offering him a plea deal to “save his family” from a $50 million lawsuit. However, the criminal conviction occurred in 2008, while the civil case wasn’t filed until 2010 – making his narrative about connected proceedings impossible. The actual settlement amount was significantly less than claimed, as evidenced by the family’s subsequent insurance claim being under one million dollars.
Most disturbing is Azoulay’s claim that his current and former partners were “cool with” his story. However, women who knew him personally report that he told them sanitized versions that bore no resemblance to the documented facts.
By creating this false narrative, Azoulay has chosen to traumatize his accuser twenty years later. The woman, now in her mid-thirties, had already endured the trauma of being unable to face her attackers in court due to the damage inflicted. Court records indicate she “couldn’t sleep nights” and “couldn’t stand to see your faces again.”
The emergence of these court documents exposes not just the original crimes, but Azoulay’s ongoing attempts to manipulate public perception through deliberate misinformation. His fantasy of being an “alpha male” mentor to young men becomes particularly grotesque when viewed against the backdrop of his documented history of predatory behavior.
