In the aftermath of his stunning defeat at UFC Saudi Arabia, Israel Adesanya has taken to social media to share a powerful message alongside a video of controversial figure Andrew Tate.
The former UFC middleweight champion, who suffered his third consecutive loss after being knocked out by Nassourdine Imavov, posted a quote from Dave Chappelle: “When a hero stumbles, the cowards rejoice. Nothing feels better to a coward than to watch a brave guy fall.”
Adesanya directed his support to Andrew Tate, writing, “Shout out mi bredda @Cobratate, Love you G.” This comes at a time when Tate faces significant legal challenges, including the recent seizure of $3.5 million in assets by Devon and Cornwall Police.

The seized funds, approximately $1.5 million of which has been allocated to Devon and Cornwall, will be directed toward supporting victims of violence against women and girls – a move that Police and Crime Commissioner Alison Hernandez describes as particularly fitting.
“I’m especially satisfied that Devon and Cornwall Police seized assets worth $3.5 million from the self-proclaimed misogynist and alleged human trafficker Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan,” Hernandez stated during a Crime Panel meeting in Plymouth.
Despite his recent setback, Adesanya remains resilient. “Disappointed. I hate disappointing my fans and my team,” he stated during the UFC Saudi Arabia presser after the show. “My team’s still proud of me for the work that I put into this. It’s just the thrill and agony.”
The former champion later posted on social media, saying he “Rolled the dice… snake eyes,” before adding “I’ll be back, gone to get some milk.”
Meanwhile, the Tate brothers continue to face multiple charges in Romania, including human trafficking and forming a criminal gang to exploit women, with Andrew Tate facing additional rape charges. Both brothers maintain their innocence against all charges.
