(Video) Female boxer goes viral claiming female boxer would outbox any male non boxer

A professional female boxer has sparked online debate after claiming she could defeat any untrained man in a boxing match, regardless of their physical stature.

In a TikTok video that has garnered millions of views, the boxer, who states she has eight years of experience in the ring, addressed what she perceives as a common misconception.

“Some of y’all fail to understand is I will beat any guy in sparring that does not have experience,” she asserts in the viral clip. “I know this is controversial, but if you’re not a boxer, you cannot outbox a boxer.”

The boxer emphasizes that her claim is based on practical experience rather than theory. “I’ve sparred every type of man—muscular men, fat men, super tall men, short men—I don’t care. I’ve sparred everything. And there has never been a scenario where a total beginner has beat me in sparring.”

She points out that technical skill and endurance typically outweigh raw physical attributes in a boxing match. “Even if you are strong and a genetic freak, I just have to move around for like 30 seconds and you will gas yourself out,” she explains.

The video has ignited passionate responses across social media platforms. Many professional martial artists and boxing enthusiasts have expressed support for her position, noting that boxing is a highly technical sport where experience and training are paramount.

Critics, however, argue that natural physical differences between men and women cannot be completely negated by training, especially at elite levels of competition.

Sports scientists have long studied the differences between trained and untrained individuals in combat sports. Research typically indicates that technique and conditioning can indeed overcome significant size and strength advantages, particularly when the skilled individual employs proper strategy and energy management.

The boxer ends her video with a firm stance: “I’ve been boxing for eight years. I know what I’m talking about. I have sparred every type of guy before. Don’t twist the story.”

Her video joins ongoing conversations about gender differences in athletic performance and the value of technical training versus natural physical attributes in combat sports.
