(Video) Tyson Fury floors man in one kick challenge

Heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury has been spotted showcasing his skills in a different combat sport. The Gypsy King, known for his prowess in the boxing ring, recently shared a video of himself trying his hand at Muay Thai during a trip to Thailand.

The footage, captured at the World Kumite Organization gym, shows Fury hesitantly approaching a new challenge. Dressed in an eye-catching orange vest and surprisingly short shorts, the boxer initially appeared perplexed when encouraged to attempt a low kick on a leg pad held by a Kru (Thai for teacher).

After receiving some guidance, Fury delivered a powerful right low kick that sent the Kru to the ground. While the technique may not have been textbook perfect, the raw power behind the strike was undeniable, leaving viewers and social media followers impressed.

The video quickly went viral, with fans and fellow fighters alike commenting on Fury’s unexpected foray into the “art of eight limbs.” Multiple-time Muay Thai world champion John Wayne Parr welcomed Fury to the sport, expressing his excitement at seeing the boxer explore new territory.

This isn’t the first time Fury has shown interest in other combat sports. Last summer, he claimed to have received an offer to face UFC heavyweight champion Jon Jones, hinting at potential crossover opportunities in the future.

However, Fury’s immediate focus remains on his upcoming rematch with Oleksandr Usyk, scheduled for December 21. The bout represents a crucial moment in Fury’s career as he seeks to avenge his split decision loss to the Ukrainian fighter earlier this year.

As Fury prepares for this pivotal match, he expressed his determination in a recent Instagram video, stating, “December 21 is going to be my time. I’ve done everything in boxing, but I ain’t come back from a loss. And I relish it, the chance to redeem myself.”
