(Video) Trump lawyer Alina Habba retracts her open support for the Tate brothers

In a notable shift from her recent controversial appearance on The Benny Show podcast, Trump lawyer Alina Habba has publicly distanced herself from Andrew and Tristan Tate, clarifying her stance on the allegations against the controversial social media personalities.

“The accusations against the Tate brothers are stomach-churning. They are disturbing,” Habba stated, marking a significant departure from her earlier comments where she had expressed admiration for Andrew Tate’s social media presence and political aspirations in the UK.

Habba, who is set to serve as counselor to the president during Trump’s second term, emphasized the seriousness of the charges facing the Tate brothers. “That really is a very disturbing charge,” she said, addressing the allegations of human trafficking and other serious crimes.

The attorney, who had previously drawn parallels between Tate and former President Trump during The Benny Show podcast, saying they shared “the same amount of anger and fire,” has now clearly separated herself from any endorsement of the Tates’ alleged actions.

“There is no part of me that condones at all that behavior,” Habba stated firmly, adding that as a lawyer, she knows “better than to talk about somebody’s case.”

The Tate brothers are currently under house arrest in Romania, facing criminal accusations of sexual misconduct in two separate cases. Andrew Tate has consistently denied the allegations, claiming his wealth makes him a target.

This retraction comes after Habba faced criticism for her appearance on The Benny Show, where she had told Andrew Tate, “I sympathize with you,” and offered encouragement to “keep fighting.”
