(Video) Joe Rogan reacts to Whittaker’s wild KO over Aliskerov

The UFC commentator, Joe Rogan, couldn’t contain his excitement as he watched Robert Whittaker’s impressive performance at the UFC Saudi Arabia event. Rogan, who was recording an episode of The Joe Rogan Experience podcast with his friends, including former UFC heavyweight Brendan Schaub, was visibly impressed by Whittaker’s dominance in the main event fight.

In a clip shared by Schaub, Rogan is seen praising “The Reaper” for his quick and decisive victory over Ikram Aliskerov. “Let’s go Robert Whittaker. Did it in the first round… He’s a bad man… ‘Bobby Knuckles’ still torching people,” Rogan exclaimed.

Whittaker, the former UFC middleweight champion, faced off against Aliskerov, who was riding a seven  win streak that included victories over Phil Hawes and Warlley Alves. However, the Australian made light work of his opponent, finishing him via knockout in just under two minutes.

Whittaker’s impressive performance earned him the Performance of the Night bonus, which came with an additional $50,000 prize. The victory solidified his status as one of the top middleweights in the UFC and kept him in the conversation for a potential title shot.

Khamzat Chimaev, who was initially scheduled to face Whittaker in the main event, took to social media to congratulate the Australian and express his interest in a future matchup. “Congratulations Robert Whittaker, we are not done! I wish you a speedy recovery Ikram Aliskerov, keep your head up my brother,” Chimaev wrote.

Rogan’s enthusiastic reaction to Whittaker’s performance is a testament to the Australian’s skill and dominance in the Octagon. As one of the most respected voices in the UFC, Rogan’s praise carries significant weight, and it’s clear that he sees Whittaker as a true threat in the middleweight division.e-done
