Renowned UFC commentator Joe Rogan continues to impress fans with his dedication to fitness. Despite a recent knee injury, Rogan remains committed to his training routine.
Rogan recently celebrated his recovery from a significant knee injury by training freely. On Tuesday, he shared a video on social media. Rogan was shirtless and engaged in intense MMA training.
In the Instagram post, Rogan detailed his experience with the knee injury and the subsequent recovery process.
He wrote: “I went without kicking for a whole year to deal with a knee injury and thanks to @ways2well it’s now 100% pain free. The video of me hitting that bag was yesterday, and in the past if I did that the next day my knee would be sore, but today I feel absolutely perfect. That bag is 130 pounds and the amount of torque generated by kicking full blast is just insane.”
“It’s one of my favorite things to do and the best way ever to release stress, but before @ways2well it felt like every time I did it it just fucked my knee up more. I can’t thank them enough. @ferrisbuhler81 (the owner) is an amazing guy and a great friend, and I can’t thank him and his company enough.”
Rogan is now 56 years old. But he remains in remarkable physical shape, as evidenced by the video footage of him powerfully kicking and punching a heavy bag. Despite not having competed in the UFC, Rogan’s background as a TaeKwondo state champion in Massachusetts highlights his extensive martial arts experience.
Throughout his career, Rogan has been a staunch advocate for martial arts and fitness. His dedication to training and maintaining peak physical condition serves as an inspiration to many. Even as he ages, Rogan demonstrates that with the right mindset and support it’s possible to overcome injuries and continue pursuing one’s passions.
