UFC lightweight contender Arman Tsarukyan did not hold back during a recent streaming session with content creator N3on, offering commentary on the streamer’s appearance, style choices, and physical attributes.
The most direct criticism came regarding N3on’s blonde hair. When asked what he thought of the look, Tsarukyan was blunt: “This is gay s**t.”
He elaborated that if N3on wanted to attract quality women and appear more masculine, he should dye his hair black. “Who color the hair if you want to look man?” Tsarukyan questioned, suggesting the blonde was working against N3on’s stated goal of appearing manly.
Throughout the stream, Tsarukyan repeatedly returned to this theme. He told N3on he looked like a teenager rather than a man, and that the hair color made him appear less masculine.
When they visited a barbershop, Tsarukyan advocated for a complete transformation: “You got to have, like, a good beard, black hair.”
Tsarukyan’s assessment extended beyond just hair color. He suggested N3on’s entire presentation needed work, telling him: “You look like who likes matcha” when discussing coffee preferences.
The UFC staralso questioned N3on’s fashion choices, though he was more diplomatic about the clothing N3on received as gifts during their outing.
Tsarukyan’s made it clear he viewed N3on’s current look as unsuitable for someone seeking a serious relationship. When discussing potential partners, Tsarukyan emphasized that women prefer men who “don’t color the hair” and maintain a more traditional masculine appearance.
Perhaps the most controversial moment came when discussing testosterone levels. Tsarukyan revealed his own testosterone measured at 1,200 (using American measurements), which he attributed to his rigorous training and clean eating habits. When N3on mentioned he had never tested his levels, Tsarukyan made a pointed observation about genetics.
Using his phone to research, Tsarukyan pulled up information suggesting that Indian and Pakistani men tend to have lower testosterone levels compared to Caucasians. “Indians have low testosterone,” he stated matter-of-factly, reading from what appeared to be search results. When pressed on this, he showed N3on text indicating “Caucasians have slightly higher average. Indians, on average, lower total testosterone.”
Tsarukyan connected this to N3on’s Pakistani and Indian heritage, suggesting it might explain aspects of his appearance and physique. “Maybe you have more” testosterone than average, Tsarukyan offered diplomatically, but made clear he believed N3on’s ethnic background played a role in his physical characteristics.
Throughout the conversation, Tsarukyan emphasized that N3on needed to make significant lifestyle changes. He criticized the streamer’s diet of energy drinks, fast food, and irregular eating habits. “You should eat clean food,” Tsarukyan advised. “That’s the best energy.”
When N3on showed his physique, revealing significant body fat around his midsection, Tsarukyan was supportive but firm: “You gotta lift weight, do boxing, do your thing, find a good girl.” He suggested that proper training and nutrition would naturally boost N3on’s testosterone and overall masculine appearance.
The UFC star also took issue with N3on’s admitted lack of physical confidence, particularly his preference for keeping his shirt on during intimate moments. Tsarukyan saw this as another sign that N3on needed to commit to serious physical transformation.
When N3on defended his blonde hair and mentioned he felt it was part of his identity, Tsarukyan remained unconvinced. He suggested that West Hollywood, where N3on lives, might be influencing his choices in ways that were not helping him achieve his stated goals of finding a serious relationship and appearing more masculine.
