UFC fans point out stunning similarities between Kanye and troubled boxer Ryan Garcia

In recent months, the boxing world has been abuzz with comparisons between troubled boxing sensation Ryan Garcia and the polarizing music icon Kanye West. Though seemingly unconventional, this comparison holds some weight.

Ryan Garcia is slated to face off against WBC super lightweight champion Devin Haney on April 20 in a highly anticipated clash in New York. He has consistently made waves not just in the ring but also on social media platforms and in interviews.

Recently, Garcia made headlines with a series of eyebrow-raising posts on his social media accounts. One particularly attention-grabbing post involved his engagement to Australian adult film star Savannah Bond. This happened after his divorce from his wife Andrea Celina earlier in the year, just after she gave birth to their second child.

Adding to the controversy, Garcia has made surprising claims. He alleged incidents such as being a subject of r*pe at the tender age of two, possessing photographic evidence of extraterrestrial beings, and witnessing horrifying acts against children which are supposedly perpetrated by powerful individuals.

The comparison to Kanye West arises from similarities in their unconventional behavior and controversial statements. West is also dating an Australian model and has gained notoriety for his divisive words and often insane actions.

During an interview in 2022, the rapper made statements that many viewers interpreted as a live on-air mental breakdown. He talked about loving H**ler, defending N**is, and denying the H****caust.

While wearing a mask that completely covered his face, West ranted: “I see good things about H**ler… every human being has something of value that they brought to the table, especially H**ler.”

“He didn’t kill six million Jews. That’s just factually incorrect.”

In a recent interview, Garcia said that he asked the American rapper to accompany him to the ring as he prepared to face Haney. However, the musician turned down the offer due to comments the boxer had made against Sean Love Combs (also known as P. Diddy).

Garcia launched a long rant on X, criticizing West for his antisemitic statements, his cancelled adidas deal, and his split from Kim Kardashian.

The boxer then announced on Monday that West will accompany him to the Barclays Center in New York City for the Haney bout.

With a 24-1 record and 20 knockouts going into April 20, Garcia has only lost once against Gervonta Davis in April 2023. Since then, he has recovered by defeating Oscar Duarte in December.

On the other hand, Haney has 31 victories and 15 knockouts and is unbeaten. He recently defeated George Kambosos Jr. twice in a row, and he also won against Vasiliy Lomachenko and Regis Prograis.
