UFC welterweight, Shavkat Rakhmonov, has expressed his anger towards UFC star, Khamzat Chimaev. Rakhmonov has stated his desire to defeat and decapitate Chimaev.
Rakhmonov is an undefeated prospect from Kazakhstan, with 17 victories, including five within the UFC. All of his bouts ended with finishes, with his latest win against Geoff Neal in March.
Rakhmonov is targeting the third-ranked Khamzat Chimaev, due to personal reasons.
The rivalry between the two began when Rakhmonov alleged that the judges may have been biased in the Khamzat Chimaev vs Gilbert Burns bout in April. Chimaev responded on social media by making racist comments towards Rakhmonov.
Although Chimaev is a formidable star with excellent wrestling skills, he has a history of inappropriate trash talk.
Rakhmonov recently posted a photo on Instagram that suggested he had hunted down Chimaev and put his head on a chair.
However, UFC President Dana White is hesitant about Chimaev competing in the welterweight division again after he missed weight at UFC 279. Therefore, he plans to move up to the middleweight division to face one of the top contenders.
