Women’s Boxing Champion Claressa Shields isn’t holding back when it comes to calling out fellow boxers.
Recently, Shields found herself in a heated exchange with Gervonta Davis over his support for Ryan Garcia. Garcia recently tested positive for PEDs after his boxing match against Devin Haney.
However, the situation took a personal turn when Davis launched derogatory comments about Shields’ appearance on various social media platforms.
The feud escalated when Shields retaliated by reminding Davis of his past involvement in a domestic violence case in 2019. She boldly stated: “You can’t keep a woman because you beat all your b-t–es up.”
Adding fuel to the fire, Ryan Garcia entered the fray by suggesting a romantic involvement between Shields and Davis.
He tweeted:

But Shields swiftly turned the tables by challenging Garcia, who competes in the 140-pound category. She challenged him to a bout despite her current standing as the reigning 160-pound women’s champion.
She tweeted: “You think I should date the woman beater & I think I should kick your a*s for thinking that!”

This isn’t the first time Shields has fearlessly confronted male boxers. In a bold move last year, she expressed her genuine interest in squaring off against Keith Thurman inside the ring. Furthermore, Shields didn’t hesitate to challenge Jake Paul to a match. She expressed her disappointment in his boxing skills following his bout against Nate Diaz.
