Ruki Bazuki Set to Undergo Surgery on Second Arm Following Synthol-Related Health Complications

Ruki Bazuki is heading back under the knife this year for surgery on his left arm, the second procedure in an ongoing effort to reverse the effects of years of muscle enhancement with oil based Synthol.

The content creator, known online as bazookaarms, announced the news in a new video after a long break from  YouTube, telling fans he plans to post more regularly going forward. He also noted that English captions will remain part of his videos since he does not understand spoken English. Bazuki said:

“This year I am set to have surgery on my left arm to remove the vas line. This will be my second half and final surgery. The surgeon will remove as much as possible from my left arm and then next year I’ll have surgery on my right [arm].”

Bazuki, who said he is now 30 years old, used the milestone to reflect on the choices that led to his current medical path:

“Now that I am already 30 years old, which makes me a grown man, you won’t see Bazooka Arms from five years ago anymore. Back when I was a teenager, I did things I wouldn’t do now. But that’s how it goes. We all learn from our mistakes and that’s normal. That’s what life is all about.”

He was also careful to note that his choices, however dramatic they appeared, did not cross legal or ethical lines:

“I didn’t break the law nor got hurt because of me and I didn’t steal any money from anyone.”

According to Bazuki, the road to recovery is a long one. He estimates that all of his remaining procedures, along with the recovery time that follows each, will not be finished until around 2028. He explained:

“It’s not a quick process and each surgery requires six months of rehabilitation and I still have about four more surgeries to go on my bazooka arms.”

Once the surgeries are complete, Bazuki says he wants to shift his focus entirely toward traditional bodybuilding:

“After all my surgery, I plan to take up bodybuilding and through training build a bodybuilder’s physique within five years. This can be easily achieved if everything is done correctly and under full supervision.”

He also teased a new direction for his channel, saying he intends to document gym sessions and workouts rather than the content that built his early following:

“I won’t be making any more content related to trash, cringe, or anything I’d be ashamed of right now.”

Bazuki closed the video on a positive note, wishing his audience well:

“I wish everyone good luck, health, and good fortune for all of you. Thank you everyone”
