NELK’s SteveWillDoIt Admits He’s A Longevity Buff

On a recent episode of Bradley Martyn’s Raw Talk, NELK’s SteveWillDoIt sat down with Bradley and Bob Menery, where he revealed just how deep his obsession with longevity and biohacking actually runs.

It started when Bradley brought up the topic of working out, and Steve’s answer went well beyond the gym.

He said, “I’m like obsessed to it. I’m like I’m obsessed to just waking up and going to the hyperbaric chamber and red light and just walking on a treadmill doing the steam room sauna. Like I’m actually obsessed to it. It’s so much fun.”

He then described his morning routine in detail.

Steve stated: “This morning I woke up at like 4:30 and just go in the hyperbaric and just sleep another hour or two and then get right up and take my aminos, electrolytes, methylene blue. Do the ab cruncher while the red light bed heats up and then go in the red light bed and then go in the cold plunge and steam room and alternate and then go walk on the treadmill a bit.”

Steve said he has been doing this kind of thing for years, well before it became trendy.

He said, “Everything like all the health stuff has been something I’ve been doing for years. Even stem cells, exosomes. I met Gary Brecka before he was with Dana and did all that, you know, before he blew up.”

He added that the early exposure to that world introduced him to the science behind it all: “They changed my life. I got introduced to all the science stuff that’s like mainstream right now before it became mainstream.”

Red light therapy, in particular, is something he has committed to across multiple locations. He said, “I have a red light bed here, a red light bed in Nicaragua, a red light bed on my farm, like everywhere.”

Martyn agreed, talking about the various benefits it offers. He stated, “And they actually just proved that it does help with collagen synthesis. It does help with your face. It does help with your skin with recovery. I’ve been doing it for years.”

He also shared results from a recent biological age test, and the findings were a mixed bag. He mentioned: “My biological age is 25. I’m 27. I thought I was going to be younger. Everything’s good, but my heart’s 31. My lungs are like the lungs of a 22 or 23 year old.”

Bradley pointed out the irony there, noting how much Steve smokes. Steve acknowledged it and added, “I’ve been getting into peptides. I’m not consistent with peptides, but I’ve gotten into peptides way before most people.”

He also said cutting out alcohol has been part of the push. He mentioned, “I’m not drinking at all right now, only for YouTube videos. It’s because I’m so into working out right now and just being healthy.”
