Yesterday Islam Makhachev fought Bobby Green at the UFC Apex during the headline fight of UFC Vegas 49. Makhachev was originally slated to fight Beniel Dariush but due to an ankle injury the fight got scraped roughly 10 days ago. Bobby Green previously fought Haqparast on February 13th.
The actual fight was over before it even started – Makhachev put an end to Green’s ambitions with a TKO early in round 1. The oddsmakers were on point – Makhachev opened as -1000 favorite and remained in the 900 range during the lead up to the fight.
