Mike Perry says Jake Paul bet him $500K that he won’t last 7 rounds this weekend

Bare-knuckle boxer and former UFC star Mike Perry has refused to shake hands on a bet with Jake Paul ahead of their fight this weekend.

Paul, the social media star, offered a wager which would see Perry get a “W” face tattoo if he loses their fight. However, Perry was quick to shut down the proposal, stating, “I ain’t getting any more tattoos. I haven’t had a tattoo in 10 years, I put that one up with God, so fuck your little tattoo bet. I’m not taking any of your bets, I came here to sign my check and beat your ass, Jake.”

The fight, which is scheduled to take place in Florida, will see the larger Paul take on the underdog Perry. While Paul has a history of successful professional boxing matches, including wins over former UFC fighters, Perry has only had one professional boxing fight, a stoppage defeat almost 10 years ago.

Addressing his opponent’s skills, Paul said, “There were a lot of openings, it’s going to be a short night. He’s open to anything I throw at him. Skills are what pay the bills and he has no footwork, no head movement, no defense. He has great offensive in bare-knuckle, but in terms of boxing, he’s going to get picked apart very quickly and it’s going to be a short night.”

Perry, however, remains confident in his abilities, stating, “I’ve been victorious, I’ve been succeeding consistently and I’ve been getting better every single day. I’m going to put this little twerp in his place. He’s new to this game, welcome, you just got here.”

But there’s one other bet he might be willing to take – Mike Perry says Jake Paul bet him $500K that he won’t last 7 rounds this weekend.

The highly anticipated bout between Paul and Perry is set to take place this weekend, with both fighters determined to come out on top.
