Fitness influencer Ashton Hall has become one of social media’s most polarizing figures, known for his ultra-disciplined 4:07 AM wake-up calls and meticulously filmed morning routines that rack up tens of millions of views.
But when he sat down with Logan Paul on the IMPAULSIVE podcast, the conversation quickly turned to the question everyone’s been asking: Is he natural?
“Can we talk about your physique, brother? Those pythons are crazy,” Logan remarked, immediately addressing the elephant in the room.
Ashton’s response was characteristically confident: “They all say I’m not natty though.” Logan’s reply cut through the pleasantries: “Well, you definitely don’t look natty, do I? That’s the goal.”
The exchange encapsulates the growing scrutiny around Hall’s impressive physique and claims of being completely PED-free. Despite maintaining that he’s natural and “barely takes protein,” critics have questioned how someone can maintain such muscle mass on a high-carb, low-protein diet while consuming only around 2,000 calories daily.
During the podcast, Hall revealed he’s “always in a caloric deficit” and eats just two meals a day in a 16:8 intermittent fasting window.
What makes Hall’s claims even more contentious is his admission of extreme lifestyle choices. He confessed to consuming between 1,500 to 2,000 milligrams of caffeine daily—far exceeding the recommended 400 milligrams—and previously battled an addiction to Adderall, taking up to 120 milligrams per day.
“I was addicted to Adderall,” Hall admitted. “My heart was having an issue at one point and it got kind of scary.”
Beyond the physique debate, Hall faces mounting allegations of scamming clients through coaching programs reportedly costing up to $10,000. Former clients claim these programs offered little more than Discord access and recycled content, describing the experience as a “bait-and-switch.”
While Hall didn’t directly address these accusations during the podcast, he did discuss his business journey and pivot from teaching branding and sales to becoming a content creator.
The 29-year-old influencer’s rigid discipline extends beyond his workouts. He goes to bed at 7:00 PM, wakes at 4:07 AM, and refuses social engagements that conflict with his schedule. He’s never consumed alcohol or smoked, and his cheat day—limited to once weekly—involves consuming an entire pizza, 24 cookies with ice cream, and tres leches cake in one sitting.
While Hall ttributes his physique to starting weight training at age 11, the combination of his extreme lifestyle, questionable dietary claims, and alleged business practices has intensified skepticism about what’s real and what’s performance.
