Joe Rogan would bet on Jon Jones all day in no holds barred bout against Tyson Fury

UFC color commentator and podcast host Joe Rogan recently shared his opinion on a potential match-up between former UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones and undefeated WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury.

Rogan believes that Fury would have “zero chance” against Jones, stating that Jones is the “baddest man on the planet.”

As Rogan pointed out, Jon Jones has been one of the most dominant UFC stars in the history of the promotion. Since his debut in 2008, he has defeated every opponent he has faced in the light heavyweight division, with a record of 27 wins, 1 loss (disqualification), and 1 no contest. He has 11 title defenses, a record in the UFC’s light heavyweight division.

Jones recently made his heavyweight debut against Ciryl Gane, the number 1 contender, and defeated him via first-round submission to become a two-division UFC champion. Jones is known for his versatile style, which includes striking, wrestling, and submissions, making him a formidable opponent for any man alive.

On the other hand, Tyson Fury is one of the best heavyweight boxers in history. He is undefeated in his professional boxing career, with a record of 33 wins, 1 draw, and 0 losses. Fury has defeated top-notch boxers like Wladimir Klitschko, Deontay Wilder, and Anthony Joshua, making him a force to be reckoned with in the boxing world.

Fury is known for his technical boxing skills, including his footwork, head movement, and punching power. He has a height advantage over Jones, standing at 6’9″ compared to Jones’ 6’4″, which could give him an edge in a boxing match.

Despite Fury’s impressive boxing record, Rogan believes that Jones would easily defeat Fury if they were to face off in a room. He stated that Fury would have “zero chance” of making it out of the room, emphasizing Jones’ dominance in the octagon.

“No one thinks that Tyson Fury beat Jon Jones in a fight. No one thinks that. Tyson doesn’t think that. You want to talk about who’s the baddest man on the planet? If Jon Jones and Tyson Fury are locked into a room, I’m pushing all of my chips on black.”

He added, “Tyson Fury is an amazing boxer. [But] He doesn’t have a f**king chance in hell of making it out of that room… Zero chance.”

It’s worth noting that Rogan’s prediction is purely speculative and doesn’t take into account the nuances of a potential match-up. Jones has never competed in professional boxing, so it’s hard to determine how he would fare against a skilled boxer like Fury. Similarly, Fury has never competed
