Henry Cejudo was recently spotted wearing platformed shoes at Eagle FC 45. The two division champion of the UFC had gone viral at the event – but not for his performance as a commentator.
Cejudo is alleged to have worn triple lifts.
Triple C was on hand to help Chael Sonnen narrate the event. Many online observers were reserved toward the commentary team.
One of the funniest moments of the night came when an internet observer noticed Cejudo brought his ‘big boy shoes’ for the occasion.
During a recent episode of the Triple C & Schmo Show, Cejudo explained his decision to wear platformed shoes:
“They said, ‘Listen man, you can wear a little high top shoes or we’re gonna give you an apple box.’ So we ended up buying these shoes and I was like, ’You know what, these shoes give me an extra two inches. I’m gonna go with these shoes.’ So whichever way you wanna cut, slice and dice it, I was gonna be on top of a box or I had to wear some two-inch shoes.
