UFC has been on a lengthy break before kicking things off with a bang in January. The promotion is preparing for a heavyweight unification title bout and has in process taken a few weeks of in the end of 2021 and start of 2022.
For the first card of 2022 they’ve booked a striking showdown between Giga Chikadze and Calvin Kattar – but what they haven’t anticipated is that a minor player on the card might be a show stealer.
Viacheslav Borshchev delivered a devastating finish on Dakota Bush early on in the evening marking the start of 2022.
