LA police confirmed that they responded to an incident at the Hollywood Bowl around 10:45 p.m. and a man who was reportedly armed with multiple weapons was taken into custody.

Similar fan encounter prompted Tool lead singer to take up jiu jitsu.

The famous prog-metal band was on the promotional tour of their second album Aenima in the UK when the incident took place.

Unfortunately for the stage-invading fan, the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu brown belt Maynard James Keenan was not someone to mess around with. During his performance, he slammed the fan to the ground and put him in a submission hold . Impressively, he did all of this while still singing and didn’t even miss a beat.
