Dana White credits newly acquired jacked physique to lack of constipation

UFC president Dana White has surprised fans with his incredible body transformation over the past year.

White went from a pudgy 50 year old Kingpin lookalike to shredded.

 

White, who was previously known for his massive frame, has shed pounds of muscle and now flaunts a leaner and meaner physique that has left his fans in awe.

For years, White has been known for his weightlifting routine, which helped him maintain his massive frame. However, a few years ago, White was advised by blood and DNA experts to change his lifestyle habits, resulting in him shedding pounds of muscle. It was revealed that White was battling Meniere’s disease, an inner ear ailment characterized by recurrent bouts of vertigo, excessive pressure, and ringing in the ears.

In one of his earlier interviews, Dana White discussed how he had run out of alternatives for treating the illness when Alex Rodriguez suggested therapy in Germany. After receiving therapy, White feels fully recovered.

His latest physique update details:

“I had insomnia, I had sleep apnea, I snored, all this stuff..”

White went on to conclude what we’ve always suspected – he’s full of s**t: “I fasted from a Friday to a Monday and only did the cleanse.” he explained while once again showcasing his ripped body.

All this comes on the wings of Dana White’s alleged revelation that he’s only got 10 years to live. This projection was based on DNA analysis of White.
