Dan Hooker Reveals UFC 281 Afterparty Incident Involving Dillon Danis

Dillon Danis has been all over the headlines as of late. This is in part due to the fact Danis showed up at UFC 281 where he was acosted by some of many former and current UFC stars that he talked trash about.

Recently, UFC contender Dan Hooker talked about an incident involving Dillon Danis at UFC 281 afterparty. He explained how Danis crashed the party and quickly got kicked out.

Dan Hooker opened UFC 281 main card on November 12. He returned to the lightweight division and took on Claudio Puelles. Hooker was victorious via technical knockout in the second round. With this victory, ‘The Hangman’ bounced back from two consecutive losses.

After the huge event at Madison Square Garden ended, Hooker and several City Kickboxing members went to have an after party at a local nightclub. Former middleweight champion Israel Adesanya who headlined the event also went along to celebrate the eventful card. However, things got a bit messy.

Just outside the club, Dillon Danis got into a heated altercation with UFC veteran Nate Diaz. Things got rougher outside when Diaz slapped Danis on the face. Danis then found a way inside the nightclub and stumbled on Hooker’s group.

In a recent talk with The AllStar, Hooker explained how one of City Kickboxing’s members quickly dumped Dillon Danis.

“I saw Dillon Danis, he was at our afterparty. He ended up being in the booth over from us and then he tried to come in our booth and pass the security guy.”

“A guy from our team was like, ‘who the f*ck is this guy?’ And he chucked him out. Said ‘This Dillon Danis guy is a f*cking joke’. Chucked him out of the booth and that was it.” Hooker explained.

Dillon Danis is most known to be Conor McGregor’s teammate and sparring partner. He made headlines mostly during the build up for Khabib Nurmagomedov cclash at UFC 229 back in 2018. Danis is 2-0 in professional MMA and hasn’t competed again since 2019 due to undergoing two knee reconstructions.

Recently he had a deal to box Logan Paul however that was quickly nixed once Paul had destroyed his knee headlining WWE’s Crown Jewels event.
