Controversial Looksmaxxer Clavicular Takes Credit For JD Vance’s Weight Loss

During his first Australian interview with the Kairouz Bros controversial looksmaxxing personality Clavicular was pressed about his past comments on U.S. Vice President JD Vance and the unusually direct language he had used at the time.

The hosts introduced the topic by referencing those earlier remarks, reminding viewers that Clavicular had once publicly labeled Vance.

“You famously spoke about JD Vance a while ago and you said, you know, he’s subhuman, right?” the host said.

“He ascended though,” Clavicular replied, suggesting that the criticism ultimately produced a positive outcome.

The host then pushed the idea further, asking whether Clavicular genuinely believed his comments played a role in motivating Vance to take his appearance more seriously. “Do you think your comments made him jump on Reta and now he’s, you know, he’s looking to ascend?” the host asked.

Clavicular responded without hesitation and expressed full confidence in his influence. “100%. I would say that I was definitely the main influence there,” he said.

The host followed up by suggesting that, in a sense, Clavicular may have done Vance a favor rather than simply insulting him.

“That’s that’s awesome. Yeah. And you improved his life essentially, right?” the host said, framing the criticism as potentially constructive.

Clavicular agreed and elaborated on that interpretation, describing his earlier comments as an example of tough love rather than personal hostility. He argued that harsh feedback can be uncomfortable in the moment but valuable over time if it prompts self-reflection and action.

“It’s like a truth. It must have been, you know, not something you want to hear in the moment. But then you’re like, wait, like, you know, there might actually be some legitimacy here. So, I’m going to work on this,” he said.

During a previous conversation with commentator Michael Knowles, Clavicular argued that aesthetics alone could determine future election outcomes, predicting that California Governor Gavin Newsom would defeat Vance in the 2028 presidential race.

He bluntly stated, “This next election cycle, who’s going to win? It’s going to be Gavin Newsom against JD Vance because JD Vance is subhuman and Gavin Newsom mogs,” before outlining specific physical critiques of Vance and contrasting them with what he described as Newsom’s more traditionally attractive image.
