Bellator 275: Fighter suffers graphic shoulder injury mid fight

Bellator 275 was full of excitement. The Dublin, Ireland set card featured the main card fight between Austin Vanderford and Gegard Mousasi. in addition to the Middleweight championship they fought for there were also a number of other notable fights on the card.

In one of those fights, a fighter suffered a particularly gruesome injury. Ciaran Clarke got another W in his column after opponent Abou Tounkara suffered a dislocated shoulder at the end of a competitive opening round.

Even the official social media of Bellator appeared a bit grossed out by the injury.
