Former World’s Strongest Man champion Eddie Hall has admitted to breaking an unwritten rule during his recent 2 vs 1 MMA bout against the Neffati brothers. The event, which took place at the Freak Fight League fight night, left fans stunned as Hall emerged victorious in an astonishing turn of events.
During the fight, Hall first suplexed one opponent before knocking the other out cold in the final round. However, the British strongman has now confessed that he went beyond the agreed upon rules. As he told former UFC star Demetrious Johnson, “In training, we get a lot of picking up and using their body against the other one. We had a little bit of an agreement in place where I wasn’t allowed to slam them down, so no power bombs were allowed.”
Despite this, Hall’s plan was to “throw him on the other brother to cause chaos.” Unfortunately, he was unable to execute this strategy fully, leading him to unleash a powerful strike that resulted in a brutal knockout. “I couldn’t get the grip on his stomach, so I couldn’t do the plan. But instead, he just walked into a shot and I let my hands go and bang,” Hall explained.

Which is totally fine – Marius is strong and also has 15+ years of experience in the MMA game. But I’m game,” Hall stated.
