(Video) Jake Paul shoves Mike Perry across the stage in final face off

In a heated final face-off ahead of their highly anticipated bout, Jake Paul, the YouTuber-turned-boxer, shoved his rival Mike Perry across the stage, sending him flying “like six feet,” as the former described it.

The duo’s long-standing feud, which dates back to a 2021 sparring session when Paul was set to face Ben Askren, will finally be settled on Saturday night in Tampa, Florida. The two combatants faced off one last time during the ceremonial weigh-in, and the tension was palpable.

As the two stood nose-to-nose, separated by Most Valuable Promotions co-founder Nakisa Bidarian, the exchange became increasingly intense. “You’re not ready for this moment, the adrenaline gonna hit you, for real,” Paul warned his rival.

Perry, however, remained unfazed, stating that he was “excited” and asserting that he would be “eating everything you’ve got.” This was the breaking point, as Perry shoved Paul slightly, prompting the YouTuber-turned-boxer to push him back with considerable force, sending him across the stage.

Security quickly intervened, preventing the situation from escalating further. Afterward, Paul commented on the incident, saying, “He light, he flew like six feet. Dana White said he’s going to give him a UFC contract if he can knock me out, well guess what Dana? You can rip up the f***ing contract because I’m going to f*** up Mike Perry.”
