Viral Looksmaxxer Clavicular Reveals His Extensive Peptide and PED Regimen, Including Retatrutide

Looksmaxxer influencer recently sat down to discuss his approach to self-optimization, revealing a regimen that extends far beyond what most would expect from someone so young and already lean.

During a conversation, Clavicular laid out his daily protocol in detail. “Right now I’m on a very low dose of tests. I’m on around like 220 milligrams,” he explained, describing it as his testosterone replacement therapy dose.

But that’s just the beginning of his toolkit.

The list continues: 25 milligrams of Accutane for skin management, 12 milligrams of retatrutide, and 10 milligrams of nebivolol, a beta blocker.

When asked about the beta blocker’s purpose, Clavicular explained: “It blocks the beta one and the beta two receptors, which, you know, just make it a little bit easier on your heart with the higher blood pressure.”

The discussion turned particularly interesting when retatrutide came up. This next-generation GLP-1 treatment, typically associated with weight loss, seems an unusual choice for someone already in peak physical condition.

“Peptides are great,” Clavicular responded. “The most popular one out there right now is called retatrutide. It’s a very similar d**g to Ozempic. They’re the same class.”

When pressed about potential side effects associated with similar stuff, he acknowledged the concerns but noted his preference for retatrutide, describing it as “just like a stronger version essentially that just hits different receptors.”

Clavicular then explained his reasoning for using these despite not being overweight.

“People think, oh well, you know, if you just didn’t consume the garbage foods and you just ate like a carnivore or whatever you wouldn’t need these. But you know, the response that I would give to that is if you’ve got people so intent on messing up a society, you’re not going to beat them based on your willpower and your resources in most cases.”

Clavicular argues that economic realities force most people toward processed foods. “You have to just go with the tools that are at your disposal to not harm your looks in a high degree and to not get severely obese eating slop foods. So that’s why I’m very pro-reta, very pro-peptide.”

Perhaps most striking was his claim about longevity benefits. “It’s an appetite suppressant and a lot of research goes into it and it’s been shown to actually increase your lifespan,” he stated.

The young influencer’s stack extends into other areas as well. He takes Melanotan 2, which he describes as a way to produce melanin more rapidly.

“Melanotan 2 agonizes something called your melanocortin receptors, four of them to be exact. And that basically induces melanogenesis,” he explained. He then went on to explain the benefit: “Tan about a hundred times quicker.”

His reasoning relates back to skin health: “Because UV is extremely aging. So you want to limit your UV exposure as much as possible. So you want to tan in a short amount of time as possible, essentially.”

Then there’s melatonin, but not in the typical sleep aid doses. “I do take melatonin too. That’s a phenomenal antioxidant. It’s taken in high doses. And a lot of people think I’m memeing when I say taking 300 to 500 milligrams is phenomenal,” he revealed.

He acknowledged that such high doses require receptor adaptation to avoid next-day grogginess, but emphasized the liver and brain benefits.

L-glutathione makes the list as another antioxidant. “That’s another antioxidant that’s already produced endogenously. And that helps with a lot of dopamine toxicity,” he explained, also noting its liver protection benefits when taking Accutane.

NAD+ supplementation rounds out part of his protocol. “NAD+ is extremely good for the health of your cells,” he noted. He also mentioned using Anavar to “down regulate something called the glucocorticoid receptor, and that basically causes your adrenal glands to secrete cortisol.”

He then added a caveat about the scope of his approach. “The thing is, we would be like here for hours if we actually talked about like my full stack of things because I don’t just biohack in the context of looks maxing. I’m also like, you know, a cognition maxer. So I’ve got a very like fine tuned nootropic stack.”

For the average person struggling with weight, Clavicular sees these GLP-1s as transformative.

“You look at the obesity stats in America and the average person is just so egregiously overweight that you can’t even really start to analyze what’s wrong, what are the flaws in their looks until they lose a substantial amount of weight. So just for the average person, getting to like 10 to 12 percent body fat is going to put you so far ahead of the average person.”
