(Video) When Andrew Tate broke former UFC middleweight’s rib with a powerful kick

Controversial influencer Andrew Tate once broke a UFC athlete’s ribs and knocked him down. The video footage recently went viral in light of all the media attention Tate has been getting.

Andrew Tate is a businessman and owns several businesses in his adopted country Romania. He also has Youtube channels called Tate Speech and TATE CONFIDENTIAL. With all that, Andrew Tate is now a top-tier social media influencer in 2022.

Nowadays, the kickboxer is enjoying fame and infamy by creating controversies on social media week after week.

Prior to social media stardom, Andrew Tate was a professional kickboxer with the nickname ‘King Cobra’. He won the ISKA Full Contact Cruiserweight championship in England. The 35-year-old retired from kickboxing in 2016, and returned once in 2020 and scored an impressive 43-9 professional record.

Tate also briefly competed in MMA back in 2010. He had one amateur and one professional bout of which he won. In his amateur bout, he faced Luke Barnatt and defeated him via unanimous decision. Years later, he met with Barnatt again in a sparring session.

The pair sparred gloves and kick pads on but got more intense as the time passed. With over a minute, Tate delivered a side-kick that blew the middleweight fighter away. Later on, Barnatt went to see a doctor and was informed that he had broken ribs.

Luke Barnatt is an MMA veteran who retired in 2020. He competed in various promotions including the UFC where he was active from 2013 to 2015.

Though Tate is now a full-time businessman and influencer he’s been toying with the idea of challenging Youtuber turned boxer Jake Paul who seems open to the possibility.
