The footage shows two competitors squaring off for the traditional pre-match staredown when suddenly, one man launches an unexpected combination while his opponent stands with his hands behind his back.
The sucker punch sequence sent the unprepared man crashing to the concrete floor, his head making a concerning impact with the hard surface. Despite this alarming pre-match incident, organizers apparently allowed the scheduled bout to proceed.
