(Video) Terrell Owens punches, knocks out heckler

Terrell Owens won’t tolerate any insults directed at 49ers fans.

According to TMZ, he punched and dropped a heckler outside a Los Angeles CVS late Saturday night. The reports stated that the police were not called to the scene.

Owens told TMZ he was picking up a few items inside CVS. He was approached by a 49ers fan, and the two struck up a conversation. Owens played in the Bay Area for eight seasons.

A man reportedly started bothering the fan only a short time later, and the wide receiver reportedly tried to mediate a resolution. However, witnesses told TMZ that the aggressor made threats to beat the fan and Owens outside the Inglewood pharmacy.

The aggressor struck first while standing on the sidewalk. However, a TMZ video showed Owens easily handling the heckler and knocking him to the ground. The six-time Pro Bowler reportedly then drove away from the incident.

This year, Owens has had a few encounters with regular people. This includes a racially heated argument with a Florida neighbor that eventually went viral in August.

According to reports, the other person is a 38-year-old white woman named Caitlin Davis. She was later charged with a second-degree misdemeanor for lying to police about the event. Davis is scheduled to appear in court once again in Broward County on December 6.

Owens posted a video of the incident with the caption: ‘KAREN IS REAL!!!! Wow!! JUST A NORMAL NIGHT OF BEING A BLACK MAN IN AMERICA. I want to say I can’t believe it but y’all know what it is. #karenonbikes #tears #falseaccusations #hernameiskate’

Owens also discussed the event on Chris Cuomo’s new program.

He said, “If the roles were reversed, they would be going to the full extent of the law to charge me. It’s not about me. I just think about others that may have been in this situation and if they didn’t have the status or wherewithal to do what I did, it could have been gravely different.”
