Today’s weigh-in show for Bellator vs. RIZIN included a humorous incident.

The two promotions doing an event in Japan. Some of the top Bellator athletes, like Patricio Pitbull and A.J. McKee, will be at the event. RIZIN will send their finest champions, like Roberto de Souza, to the event.

Even famous athletes like UFC veteran John Dodson who will compete against Hideo Tokoro are on the card. While many spectators are focused on the main card, there are some attention seekers on the prelims

One of the lightweight contests pits Johnny Case and Nobumitsu Osawa against one other. Johnny Case is entering the match on a three-fight losing run. Previously, He lost to Tofiq Musayev, Roberto de Souza, and Koji Takeda won.

The RIZIN ring will welcome Osawa for the first time since his knockout defeat against Tofiq Musayev in December 2018. Osawa has won two games since then. For the LDH Martial Arts promotion in Japan, he most recently fought Sho Patrick Usami in April.

Nobumitsu Osawa chose to have fun on his first weigh-in after returning to RIZIN. The Japanese lightweight made the decision to weigh in absolutely nude. However, he wasn’t quite nude as he was wearing a bow tie and holding a sign over his lower body.

Although the scenario may have been a little weird, Johnny Case seemed to enjoy the weigh-in. The former UFC lightweight handled the crazy weigh-in with humour and a good attitude.

Pacquiao made a surprise appearance during Rizin’s spectacular Bellator collaboration, Rizin 40 and along with Japanese MMA promoter Nobuyuki Sakakibara announced he would be competing at Rizin’s next show.

Rizin card is delivering on excitement even without the announcements. There’s been a number of KO wins just in the early morning portion of the event including these.
