Conor McGregor is renowned for his powerful kicks. Now, he has made a striking entry onto the streaming platform Kick. In his first appearance, the former UFC double champion shared some candid thoughts about his UFC rivals and various content creators.
Conor McGregor is set to make his highly anticipated return to the Octagon at UFC 303. He is slated to compete against Michael Chandler, who has boldly claimed he will “retire” McGregor. This bout is set to be a significant event, marking McGregor’s comeback.
The UFC legend is now mostly focused on getting ready for his next bout, even if he has lately taken on other endeavors including making a cameo in the latest ‘Roadhouse’ remake.
Despite his intense training regimen, McGregor hasn’t lost his flair for entertainment. During a sponsored collaboration with Duelbits on the Kick platform, he didn’t hesitate to voice his opinions on fellow UFC contenders and content creators.
Initially, the stream focused on a casual game of blackjack. But it quickly turned into a platform for McGregor’s unfiltered remarks.
McGregor’s sharp tongue targeted several UFC competitors during his stream. Longtime rival Khabib Nurmagomedov and former UFC Welterweight Champion Kamaru Usman were among those who faced his wrath.
“Khabib owes his boll**ks to the Russian government, that’s typical rat behavior,” McGregor said. He reiterated his disdain by calling Khabib a “scurrying rat.”
His comments about Usman were equally scathing: “F**k Kumaru Usman he’s a bum. Don’t give a f**k about Usman.”
McGregor also didn’t hold back on Australian UFC fighter Alexander Volkanovski. He stated: “F**k him too. I would have kicked his head clean off his shoulders and that’s a fact.”
McGregor didn’t reserve his harsh words just for UFC contenders. When fans in the chat asked for his thoughts on various content creators, he obliged with his bluntness. He referred to British YouTuber True Geordie as a “fat fool.”
When informed by a fan that Kick streamer Adin Ross had been “talking s**t,” McGregor dismissively responded: “haven’t a clue who the guy is, not a f**king iota.”
While McGregor’s stream was filled with fiery comments, the main purpose of his appearance was to promote his upcoming matchup with Chandler at UFC 303, scheduled for June 29.
