UFC Fight Night 203 aka UFC Vegas 50 couldn’t have started better.
The Light heavyweight division has a new undefeated prospect. The Russian Azamat Murzakanov just landed a highlight-reel knockout in his UFC debut.
In the first fight of the night, Murzakanov faced Tafon Nchukwi, and for the first couple rounds, the bout seemed like it was going to the African fighter.
Nchukwi was able to dominate the fight during the first two rounds. And after starting to show signs of being gassed, a comeback was looking unlikely for the Russian.
But to the surprise of everyone, Murzakanov was able to land a flying knee that knocked his opponent completely out. Not only is he victorious, but he is also in contention for the performance of the night bonus following that beautiful K.O.
STILL UNDEFEATED! ?

At the post-fight interview, Azamat stated that he needed to find a solution to win the fight, after losing the first two rounds.
“we’re ready for anything we train for every situation,” said the Russian. “I had to find the key to the victory, and I found it.”
With this victory, Azamat is still undefeated and now holds a record of 11-0.
