UFC athletes react to coach Din Thomas’ hilarious impersonation of Usman

Several current and past MMA competitors have been rolling from laughter after seeing Din Thomas’ amazing impersonation of Kamaru Usman, the reigning UFC welterweight champion.

The TUF 4 semifinalist has amassed a following on social media thanks to his coaching credentials, UFC history and due to his humorous portrayals of UFC personalities. He is well recognized for his lighthearted and entertaining demeanor. His very hilarious recreation of a Dana White Fu** It Friday episode was perhaps his most well-known imitation.

Din Thomas posed as Kamaru Usman on Instagram. He spoke about USADA, his brother Mohammed, and the welterweight’s hairline, saying:

“Yo, what’s up? It’s the pound-for-pound king, Kamaru Usman. Want to give a shout-out to USADA for coming round and testing me at 5 o’clock in the morning, interrupting my fourth workout…”

This is a call back to something that happened earlier this week when Usman complained about USADA interrupting his beauty sleep.

“To the barber who tried to mess up my hairline, I broke your face, I broke your face, I broke your face..”

The return of the humorous Thomas and his skits was welcomed by active UFC champions. Aljamain Sterling, Henry Cejudo, and other others led the fans in giggling at the footage.

Many people believe Kamaru Usman to be the best mixed martial artist currently competing as evidenced by his number 1 spot on the pound for pound list. Some even contend that he is now the greatest 170lber of all time, surpassing Georges St-Pierre.

Despite being the welterweight division’s undisputed champion, Usman will take on Leon Edwards on Saturday in what will undoubtedly be his biggest test in a while.

With his crisp striking, Edwards is regarded to have the upper hand on the feet. He has also improved in the area of defensive grappling.
